The Engineering and Control Division of AVC has integrated the requirements of timely delivery, within-cost completion and supply of plant and equipment to the highest standards of quality in line with contractual requirements by implementing Quality Assurance (QA). The strategic Business Units of the company has just started functioning. Immediately after the inception, company has showed some signs of path to glory. We are focusing to achieve ISO 9001, 14001 certifications.

A major part of the activities of Engineering Division is carried out at project sites where plant and equipment is fabricated, constructed, erected and finally commissioned under meticulous quality control standards. These are carried out in line the global occupational health and safety management benchmark. The QA system has been modeled on to achieve some world class standards. AVC corporate policy is a reflection of an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, IT Security and Personnel & Human Resources. It implements an ignition effort to achieve globally recognized standards.

The company is blessed with enough and efficient employee back up. Regular training for the staffs is also employed. The policy manual is under regulation of the version control board and will be sooner releasing. After then, it will be easy to maintain a code of conduct for the quality assurance programs. The existing manual is distributed among the attorney staffs and the other level of employees to make them aware of the various policies the management is indulging in the company.
